Many of us consider gender a big part of our identity. But in this play, gender is turned on its head. How does an actor successfully play another gender without being stereotypical or offensive?
Perform a short speech from Twelfth Night, but from a character of the opposite gender from which they identify. Gender non-conforming students can pick from either.
Perform the speech, avoiding stereotypes or playing it for laughs.
